Marlon A. Medina is an American Marketing Specialist & Public Figure based in Las Vegas, NV.

Marlon is the Founder and CMO of Golden Medina Services (GMS), a digital marketing agency founded in 2017. He also serves as Marketing Partner for various agencies/joint ventures such as We The People Marketing, Royilda & Co, and more.

Early Life & Childhood

As a youth, one of Marlon's childhood idols was the late Steve Irwin, AKA the Crocodile Hunter. Marlon admires the many wonders of the world and as a child, would read about many kinds of reptiles and exotic animals around the globe. Marlon was also a Boy Scout in his youth and enjoys going out camping and doing conservational service.

Community 

Marlon enjoys helping those in need, especially youth. He has served in multiple callings in his church, often as a volunteer youth leader for young men.

Marlon has served in multiple marketing roles throughout his professional career, spanning over 5 years and counting. From paid advertising to email marketing, Marlon has a wide-ranging skill set in the world of digital marketing. Out of the different areas of digital marketing he's stated that social media content marketing is by far his favorite. 

Marlon is frequently featured in the press, sharing his insights and thoughts in the marketing industry. He also regularly releases free tips and resources for local business owners on social media.

Acting & Performing

Marlon's first introduction into the entertainment world was through modeling and performing in his teens. He's experienced in print modeling and has been featured in multiple short films. 

Most recently, Marlon performed in the NEXT Star Productions 2022 National Showcase in Las Vegas, receiving awards in both acting (2nd place) and modeling (Top 10). Hobbies

Outside of business, Marlon enjoys discovering new cuisines or dining on some of his favorite meals. He also enjoys working out and practicing martial arts privately. An avid fan of the late Bruce Lee, Marlon enjoys learning blending different styles of martial arts, such as Kung Fu, American Wrestling, Kickboxing, and more.

Marlon is fascinated with learning new technology and how to leverage it for both business and personal pursuits. Marlon also enjoys more hands-on mediums of entertainment, such as painting, drawing, and sculpting. His art was showcased in the Las Vegas Smith Center on a handful of occasions.

Marriage & Family

Marlon is married to his lovely wife, Roilda Medina, whom he met while studying at Brigham Young University - Idaho. They have a beautiful husky who they love to spoil.

Marlon is a native speaker in both English & Spanish. He also an intermediate speaker in French, having studied the language for 5 years.

Marlon is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (commonly abbreviated as LDS for short). When asked about his faith, Marlon had this to say: "Every aspect of my success in life is attributed to God. I believe we come across people in life for a reason, a higher purpose. Were it not for my faith in this church and the helping hands and counsel from its members, I wouldn't be where I am right now." 

Marlon is also a passionate researcher of both ancient and modern religious studies and enjoys learning about theology, history, and sociology.
